The individual counselling and couple therapy I offer is based on an integrative mind-body approach and humanistic person-centred, which emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as a key factor for supporting mental health and growth. I strive to create a judgement-free atmosphere and meet you with unconditional positive regard. I understand that being heard and understood is the most important requirement for positive outcomes. By expressing your feelings and thoughts in a safe space, you will gain an ‘inner distance’ that will allow you to find new ways. You are the expert on your own life. I will offer you different perspectives and ‘angles’ without imposing interpretations or solutions, always striving to gain clarity about your experience from your own understanding, this way supporting and facilitating your process of self-exploration, discovery and growth. Therapy might include attention to the body—through breathwork, grounding postures, body scans, and mindful awareness—recognising its role in holding emotions, tension, and the potential for healing.
